Should you have a picture for me to work from, the photo must have a good source of light and detail in both the light and dark areas.
Below you will see pricing examples as of 2023. Final pricing depends on the medium, size, and amount of detail in the subject. For example, a portrait or pet portrait can be more detailed than a landscape. Here are several common sizes, but keep in mind any size can be made or ordered:

Once we agree on your commission details, size and price, it can take anywhere from three weeks to seven months to order materials and create, dry, varnish and deliver the art. If you have a specific deadline, please be sure to let me know. Once the commission is agreed upon, 50% of the commission price is to be paid up front to cover materials and labor. If it is a large piece we can arrange a monthly payment plan.
While creating the artwork I will maintain regular contact throughout the process and send progress photos. Once the work is complete, you will have an opportunity to review the painting. Once the remaining 50% is submitted, I can deliver within the US (international is extra). Frame is not included.

*Please note that owning artwork is an investment and it will increase value over time if cared for properly. However, although you own the artwork, you will not own the copyright to the work. For purchasing copyright ownership, please advise prior to contracting.
